Has anyone tried making Simplicity 1426 as a swimsuit top? : r/sewhelp

does anyone have an idea as to how to sew this kind of top / any patterns similar to this style? it's 80% nylon 20% spandex and is from frankie's bikinis ($125!!!!!!)
